Members are experienced in forest and
night searches. Receive training and support from NSGSARA. Four
members are trained search directors. All members receive training
in night searches and other SAR techniques. Some members receive
training in search management, CPR, and first aid. Teaches
preventive SAR to schools and offers a safety training course for
hunters. Resources include a 16-passenger bus that is equipped with
SAR facilities, including an electric generator, lighting, cooking
equipment, and a radio.
